Job Description
Ryan Electrical Solutions is looking for a career minded individual to join its team as an Office Assistant. This position does offer opportunity for growth within the company, as you will be a part of a rapidly growing division within the company.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing proposals
• Scheduling service appointments
• Filing
• Coordinating various services needed for customers
• Answering phones
• Making customer satisfaction calls
Job Requirements
• Experience working in an office setting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be trustworthy, dependable and very organized
• Must be able to work independently and also as part of a team, as determined by project
• Must be able to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
