Come and help create a positive end-of-life experience for patients and families. Our Hospice organization has opened a new in-patient Hospice Facility, and we are looking for staff who desire to be part of this exciting time!
Hospice is a unique, holistic care environment and is well suited for those people looking for purpose in what they do. You will be responsible for maintaining the environment of the Inpatient Hospice Facility.
Specifically, you will:
Provide quality customer service to patients and caregivers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
Maintain the cleanliness of the Hospice Inpatient Unit
Respond to patient and caregiver queries and requests
Respond to calls for housekeeping problems
Contribute to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with patients, caregivers, fellow hospice staff and others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Laundry
You should have the following skills:
An attitude that is enjoyable to be around
Good communication habits and skills
A high level of initiative
