During his internship with Sachse Construction, Michael, a junior from Michigan State University Construction Management, was an integral part of securing over $3.2MM in work for the company. He led weekly estimating meetings, coordinated pre-bid trade partner site visits, documented existing conditions, negotiated trade partner contracts through the procurement process, and performed take-offs to assist estimators in the bidding process.
