Rest assured we've got your back! As a family owned and operated business, the safety of our team and our customers are our top priority. We understand that our home appliances are essential to getting through this unprecedented time, and we want to make sure we can continue to help keep those essentials running. All of team members are to wash their hand whenever possible.
-Our field employees are encouraged to ask to use customer’s facilities to properly wash hands before and after every interaction.
- Hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, face mask and botties have been issued to every technician for their safety and our customers safety..
-entire team is to minimize physical contact with customer and other team members
-Additional cleaning and sanitation measures to be taken in our office and parts department.
We are actively monitoring recommendations from local and state health authorities and will adopt additional safety measures as appropriate.

Must have:
- be able to multi task in fast pace office
- outstanding record or attendance and punctuality
- typing and computer skills
- able to lift up to 50 lb boxes daily
- have clean drivers license to deliver part if needed.
Primary duties include:
- ordering parts that are needed for the jobs, checking in parts to make sure not damaged, returning parts and cores
- making sure received credits for return and damaged parts
- answering phones, speaking with customers
- date entry of receipts and invoices to update system
- waiting on counter customer needing parts
- helping techs look up parts from model numbers
- go out with tech on two person jobs
