IMPORTANT COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT !
At Sails Family Medicine, the health of our patients and the safety of our team are top priorities. We have been working closely with out corporate office, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health departments to stay abreast of the latest information regarding COVID-19. In order to facilitate plans to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have opted to do telemedicine visits wherever possible. This will allow us to address any non-emergent issues via a video telehealth visit for our established patients.
New Patients can call now to establish care at a future once the restrictions have changed and the pandemic is better controlled or resolved.
Sick Patients If you are sick with fever, aches, sore throat, fatigue, or cough - CALL our office for instructions.
We do not currently offer testing for COVID-19.
For Emergencies - PLEASE CALL 911 or go to nearest emergency department (ED). You may call us during normal business hours if uncertain about where you should go.
Note:
If you have a routine wellness visit scheduled during this time of COVID-19 restrictions, we will reschedule it for a future date
If You have a more urgent health issue and need to be seen - even after hours, consider an urgent care facility
If you need a prescription refill feel free to contact your pharmacy, send request via the portal or give us a call: M-Th 8-5pm or F 8-12pm.

It's better to experience some discomfort now than having someone else to comfort your family later...over Zoom.
Masks, hand washing and social distancing are still ways we can protect ourselves, our families and our neighbors. Stay safe.

Do what you can to keep yourself and those around you as safe as possible. Dr. Sails is doing her part by getting the second dose of her immunization shot.

A couple of reasons to be careful out there...
1. 13,000 people are seen each year for accidents related to holiday decorations.
2. 5,800 accidents occur when people fall putting up decorations during the holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
