Our favorite way to eat mushrooms? In a pizza inspired salad or wrap:

We prep our carrots simply for our salads by chopping them fresh each morning into medallions, but there are so many other ways to enjoy a carrot. Try roasting them with salt, pepper and olive oil or blending them into a smoothie for a little sweetness. #vegout2021
