SUMMARY: Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager, the General Maintenance Worker IV is a working leader responsible for the coordination and execution of routine and special Facilities projects in all Salem Five Bancorp locations. This individual must possess a working knowledge of light construction (Construction Supervisors license a plus) and the associated trades with proven trouble shooting and diagnostic skills as well as successfully delegating and supervising tasks performed by the General Maintenance Worker III position and other assigned maintenance staff. The position demands a self-starter with the ability to define problems and resolve them quickly and adapt to changing priorities and/or situations as they arise. The General Maintenance Worker IV works well with people at all levels of personnel in and out of the department. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises all field personnel including but not limited to the Maintenance Worker II and III positions and assists the Maintenance Manager in the yearly written assessment of maintenance staff reviews. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must have a strong construction background with supervisory experience and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Banking Operations Able to quickly learn and adhere to all policies and procedure related to branch operations to include, but not be limited to, check cashing, deposit taking, settlement, account opening, debit card issuance, branch opening and closing, audit requirements, compliance requirements, vault and ATM management, and other such functions. As all Salem Five retail positions are required to have ‘universal’ branch banking skills, must have / develop a full working knowledge of both the traditional ‘sales’ and ‘teller’ functions and routinely perform both.
