In order to help protect our patients and staff from exposure during the coronavirus outbreak, Salina Regional Health Center clinics will continue to screen all patients and visitors entering our clinic facilities.
If your child has had fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, body aches, fatigue, or sore throat please call us at (785) 826-6857 to be screened/triaged by our nurses over the phone.
A patient may only have ONE person accompanying them. This person needs be healthy, no ill symptoms.
Screening is different from testing for the virus. Staff screeners will ask all visitors and patients a series of questions related to if they are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath. They will also be asked questions related to previous travel and previous exposure to anyone who has traveled or been diagnosed with COVID-19.
We appreciate your help and understanding as we work to slow the spread of COVID-19. Protecting the health of our community is our first priority!
