This home buyer just bought a home and got stuck with an incomplete chimney, has birds living in it. With no Chimney inspection the new homeowner has to pay additional cost to make rhe Chimney right. Water is also getting in the chimney. An inspection is worth the cost.

Sal does a great job, very educated and educating. We bought our house a year ago, it was empty for at least a year probably more and we new it was neglected with the inspector, but the inspector couldn’t come back to clean bc he moved, we waited a year and could not be happier with his work & education. I added pictures of what he found, the giant ball is bird doo-doo , lots of some kid of “nesting birds” bird nest, and he pulled bricks out the top and put a actual screen. We are very pleased and he is returning in the spring for another cleaning, it was bad, but not the worst he has seen👍🏻

Your house isn’t clean until your chimney is cleaned! Never realized all the gook that is hidden in my fireplace. Sal explained everything to me and cleaned my chimney so well. I would recommend everyone getting their chimney cleaned. So glad I did. Very good service. Thank you Sal!

Is your dryer taking longer to dry ?? Did you buy another dryer thinking it was broken? A clogged vent can be the cause, another Fire Hazard for the home . Another cause of house Fires. We clean dryer vent also . Be safe and protect your home , know the dangers !

Mr. Sal did a wonderful job cleaning our chimney. We had no experience with a fire place and he gave such great advice!
A broken damper another homeowner was stuck with without proper inspection . The connection were disconnected also deeming the chimney unsafe to use . Stuck with about $3000 worth of repairs
Another house sold with a Fire Hazard thank God the new owner didn’t want to use it before having it checked. Importance of having an inspection and yes this was only good wood and not using it That Much . You’ve heard that before are , I just use a cleaning log ; is what people think they are safe. False security.

Is your chimney top rusting? If so , The wind will take it and let the rain in . Which may cost you more money for repairs in the house than the cost of a chimney inspection.
