We are reopening our office this Monday, June 1st!
As restrictions continue to be lifted for Dauphin County, we are pleased to announce that on Monday, June 1, we are reopening our Harrisburg family law office. We will operate within our regular business hours, and we will be taking precautions for the health and safety of our visitors and staff. Some of those precautions include refraining from handshakes and following other key CDC guidelines.
The PA Supreme Court has also announced that the statewide Judicial Emergency will end June 1, 2020. Additionally, the Court gives authority to the President Judges' of the various counties to extend or declare local judicial emergencies as they deem appropriate. Thus, we await guidance from the individual counties regarding their re-opening procedures. If you have any questions on how this will effect your case, please contact us.
Finally, we want you to know that we appreciate your support and understanding over the last several weeks as we worked remotely and adapted (along with the courts) to unexpected and uncertain circumstances. Thank you!
We look forward to serving you from our office once more! In the meantime, enjoy your weekend!

Next week, the YWCA is unveiling a new campaign, and we hope you will join us in supporting them.
The Week Without Violence Campaign has one purpose: to raise awareness and engage action to end the broad spectrum of violence – as part of a global movement with the World YWCA – against people of color, women and girls.
Each day, between October 19 and October 23, the YWCA will be hosting various events paired with daily themes that highlight issues that our communities are facing.
We know violence exists in many forms whether it manifests physically or in patterns of injustice. The Week Without Violence daily themes will include: awareness about human trafficking in our neighborhoods, allies of the LGBTQ community, racial justice, and a panel discussion on the response to domestic violence.
You can get involved and show your commitment to the cause of peace and dignity for all as we create a more just community together.
We encourage you to show your support by ordering your own Week Without Violence Resource Guide for just $50 here: https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/eventReg?oeidk=a07ehccwz6t3e1397ce&oseq=&c=&ch=
