Dr. Jay M. Shah, a highly regarded physician who’s board-certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), is the expert physician at SamWell Institute for Pain Management in Colonia, New Jersey. Dr. Shah also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN), an innovative organization focusing on patient advocacy and cutting-edge research with the field of Pain Medicine.
He is also the Founder and President of the Young Physician’s Council of the Cancer Pain Research Consortium, a national organization focusing on novel methods of pain relief, functional rehabilitation, and wellness to those survivors with cancer-associated pain, which he considers a true honor and special passion. Dr. Shah is the founder and president of the Young Physician’s Council of the Cancer Pain Research Consortium. In this role, Dr. Shah uses unique pain relief solutions, functional rehabilitation, and wellness practices to help survivors cope with cancer pain in the most effective and noninvasive way possible.
