San Diego HERS Testing provides Title24 (HERS) building inspections. We perform the state mandated energy efficiency tests and verification. We also generate and file the forms required by the State of California, California Energy Commission and local building departments. We perform duct leakage tests, air flow tests, fan watt draw test and refrigerant charge tests for residential and commercial buildings.
