Did you know that there is a new treatment for carotid artery disease? It's called TCAR (TransCarotid Artery Revascularization). It is a clinically proven, less invasive way to protect against stroke. The procedure is well-suited for patients who are at a higher risk of surgical complications, due to age, existing medical conditions, or anatomical issues. One of San Fernando Valley Vascular Group's surgeons, Dr. Zahi Nassoura has been performing this procedure for over two years with great success! Visit our website www.sfvvg.com for more information.
