Couldn't be prouder of this young man! Drew's talent is only surpassed by his character and commitment.

This wood bat tourney is the culmination of a long baseball season of hard work through some tough challenges. We are so proud of our team. From pitchers improving velocity and catchers working their pop times to all the the position players swinginging it in the batting cages, our guys have been battling to get ready for this moment.

Our guy's off-season goal is to increase his overall athleticism and increase his power.
Waterball drills are great for him because they introduce the unpredictability of load. He uses his strength to stabilize the weight working small and large muscle groups.
Learning to create force from a variety of angles will produce the results he is looking for.

Arm care is a priority for us and it should be a major element of any throwing program for you.
Pitchers interested in safely adding velo should use a band program alongside their strength and conditioning program. A regular band routine is good for pitchers and non-pitchers alike and works in- and off-season to strengthen rotator cuff muscles.
Our guy here is using J-Bands from Jaeger sports doing an over-the-head forearm extension.
