This will be our last hoorah for a while, as Tri Tip Man will be taking a break and returning to the barn for the foreseeable future. We’d love to have you stop by and say “hi”.
This is a local family in our community and a close friend of mine! Jeff had a dream to start up a smoked meat food truck and he did everything he could to make it happen with the support of his wife and kids!
Jeff has been on a ventilator for about 2 weeks with covid and is not coming out of his coma. The truck will be going out one last time to help raise funds to store the truck until the family knows what the future holds. All the info is in the gofundme link.

Check out our new birria sub from Chef Swarm! "Okkkk we had tried the birria sub today at Santa Maria. It was quite excellent! The sammie was sooooo good it really didn't need the consommé. But that's the best damn birria consommé ever! My wife and I would alternate one bite with then one bite without. The bread was great too, the meat and cheese perfect. Very well balanced! Great job! It's a trial that needs to become permanently on the menu. Since it was our first time we also tried the bacon Mac & cheese and sausage. Very very good! Sausage was so flavorful and full of spices. Can't wait to go back and try other stuff. Also wow super friendly service....I should've remembered the guys name to put here! Thank you!
