SaraFresh is the premier organic, plant-based retailer of cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and raw food and juice cleanses for Sarasota and Manatee County. SaraFresh first came on the scene as Two Girls Food, a raw food and juice company operating out of the tiny concession stand on world famous Siesta Key Beach in late 2011. In March of 2013, we relaunched as SaraFresh, because of our value around supporting the local Sara-Sota community. The emphasis has always been the same: to provide valuable nutrients through food and juice that is sourced locally and presented in a way that is delicious, effective and convenient. What makes our juice special is the attention to local organic ingredients, coupled with the cold-pressed process and mounds of love in everything we create.
SaraFresh juice is always cold-pressed (a method of juicing that enables juice to be bottled without preservatives and still maintain a 5 day shelf life). Our hydraulic cold-press method of juice extraction minimizes air intake, which results in very slow oxidation or decomposition of vital enzymes. The tremendous pressure exerted by our juice press gently and completely extracts the natural fruit sugars, vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes, and other vital elements, leaving very little pulp behind (which we compost). Cold pressed is different from household juicers, typically ‘rotary’ or ‘centrifugal’. As the blade inside a centrifugal juicer spins at a high speed, it generates heat. The heat oxidizes and separates nutrients naturally found in the whole fruits and vegetables, rendering the nutrients that make it into the juice less pure. Juice made at home (unless on a Norwalk) must be consumed immediately.
SaraFresh is committed to inspiring healthy living and education around the benefits of consuming a plant based diet. We have an in-house dietician, as well as athletes and doctors that collaborate with us to insure our products provide your daily needs of macronutrients, including protein. We are currently on site at the downtown Sarasota farmer’s market every Saturday from 7-1; visit our calendar to locate us around town throughout the week. If you want juice, we will get it to you!

I could eat here every morning. Grabbed the green smoothie and the bf had a mermaid smoothie. They were incredible! Too bad there isn't one in KY!
Absolutely delicious little gem! Very friendly. All ingredients are fresh and homemade!! Healthy and so worth the drive there. Juices are yummy and fresh too.
