Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA.
During her undergrad years, she served as an active member and leader of local EMS organizations as an EMT. Sarah went on to attend the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Physician Assistant program and earned her Master of Science degree. During her education at PCOM, she rotated in multiple specialties including dermatology, where she learned from highly regarded providers in dermatology and plastic surgery. Sarah has also been working in dermatology research since 2015. After graduating PCOM, her initial areas of concentration included internal medicine and rehabilitation medicine. During this time she gained experience working with the geriatric population. Sarah graduated the Schweiger Dermatology Group APP training program under the mentorship of multiple providers, including Dr. Charles Meyers.
Sarah specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is certified by the NCCPA and is a member of the AAPA and Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant Society.
In her free time, Sarah volunteers as a science olympiad coach and anatomy and physiology event supervisor at the regional, state, and invitational level. Sarah is also a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants.
