As promised, here is a look at the rest of the project we did in Mason. This is the sunroom addition which sits on top of the screened in porch we showed you last week. The clients loved how this "bright vibrant room added a cozy space to hang out with the family." They also appreciated the dimension and architectural detail it added to the back of their home.

We recently completed a job in Ft. Mitchell and we received this thank you note from our clients who in our opinion our the real champs! We added a great room/basement and moved the kitchen in their historic home. Not only did they have the disruption of a major renovation to their home but add to it the COVID pandemic! They handled it all with grace and now they have their beautiful new home to "hunker down" in.

HUGE props to Schmidt Heating and Cooling. In less than 24 hours of me emailing them they measured the house on Riverside Drive and within 72 hours installed a brand new furnace! They DONATED the entire project! My little student is one giant step closer to getting back into his home.
