Today we had Sugar Skulls auditions for a limited amount of spots! The song was Daddy, He got a Tesla from Vulpeck. It is an insanely difficult song.
We are so proud of everyone that stepped up to audition. Everyone played above and beyond their skill set and should be super proud.

Smiles and Beyonds mission statement is:
To provide the gift of a restored smile to men and women who have experienced incarceration or domestic violence and are committed to rebuilding their lives.
With that special gift of a smile comes confidence and renewed hope. Recipients are reunited with their children, gainfully employed, getting married and buying homes. They are building communities and reaching back to help others through a renewed purpose in life.
Smiles is the only agency in Arizona meeting the serious dental restoration needs of this under served population by providing oral surgery, implants, dentures and bridgework.

Job Title: Studio Manager
Reports To: General Manager/Music Director
School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. With over 240 schools, and a strong internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider. Our mission is to help kids rock their worlds.
The Studeo Manager (SM) runs the show from ACDC to Zappa creating a safe and cool environment for students to achieve their musical and creative potential. We want as many kids as possible to have the opportunity to experience the magic that is School of Rock. Our SMs bring that commitment to life working with every part of the school’s community to put on epic shows through which our students learn music and life skills. The SM is the primary owner of the relationship with our students and parents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional music education experience for students delivering strong engagement with each child and maximizing student enrollment
Provide top quality customer service experience, including billing, schedule management and communication.
Support the instructors to help them deliver an excellent music education program
Oversee successful show production and management providing students with inspirational performance opportunities
Deliver results through management of educational KPIs and discipline around business KPIs
Manage the marketing, sales and promotions to drive school and student success
Manage staff and school facility to provide a safe, cool, clean and appropriate experience for all students
Financial management of the school including but not limited to analyzing results, tracking budgets, and managing labor costs
The Studio Manager reports to the General Manager and Music Director
Adheres to the SOR Code of Conduct, safety policies, including the Monitoring and Supervision policy.
Skill Requirements:
3+ years experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer service environment
Excellent customer service and relationship skills
Strong experience managing staff
Excellent communication skills
Excellent social media skills
Proven problem solving skills
Collaborator who works well across diverse populations
Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience and interest in working with children
Passion and/or interest in music and the arts highly desirable
