During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are grateful to continue to connect with our community of students through School of Rock Remote™. In partnership with the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (sptsusa.org), we are connecting with artists to make a difference in the lives of our students through guest artist workshops, live Q&A, contest, and more!
The Artist Sessions series is available to EVERY student enrolled in School of Rock at no additional cost.

It is with great sadness we hear the news of the passing of Eddie Van Halen. He was a musician like no other,who inspired countless others to take up music. We know that his legacy will live on.

Exciting things are happening at SOR Champion Forest!
We have now teamed up with Schools of Rock in Clear Lake and Sugar Land to give you more fun Performance opportunities than ever before!
These schools have produced Plenty of SOR All-Stars, Several of whom have even played at Lollapalooza! And the Legendary Troubadour in LA.
Our performance groups have played at ALL of the top Venues in town, including the House of Blues, Warehouse Live, Continental Club, White Oak, the Kemah Boardwalk, Pleasure Pier and Hard Rock Café.
How would you like to play at SXSW? We do.
Want to get tips from Eric Johnson, Dweezel Zappa, Joe Satriani and Drummer Kenny Aronoff (who has played on over 300 Million Selling Albums)? We have.
Want to appear on The Voice?
No Guarantees, but our former student Sarah Grace (Throwing the Rock Horns in the Blue Shirt) was a finalist on the Voice.
We even had 25 students perform on stage with Foreigner at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion!
If you have any friends who left the school during the Pandemic, let them know that we have resumed In person- Socially Distanced - Rehearsals along with either In-person or Online lessons.
