This fall we are excited to announce our Album of the Week! The '20-'21 SoR Chatham Street Team House Band will be starting a new weekly series highlighting some of our favorite albums for you to check out and listen. We are going to start this week, themed with one of our Fall Season Performance Programs - Jimi Hendrix! We are so excited to hear YOUR favorite Jimi Hendrix albums as well as your favorite songs from our selections!! Stay tuned and rock on!!
Street Team chose “Axis: Bold as Love” because they felt that “Are You Experienced” has a lot of the hits everyone knows and Axis was the first Hendrix album that was more experimental, which is something they really like!!

WEEK 2 of our Street Team’s new album of the week!! Today we’ve got another one of our fall seasonal performance themes; Michael Jackson vs. Prince. We chose “Off The Wall,” by Michael Jackson and “Purple Rain,” by Prince. As @_andyb2003_ said at rehearsal last night, “Off The Wall is simply funky and fresh.” We love “Purple Rain” because it’s iconic and an unmatchable era of Prince.
