School of Rock's Rookies music program teaches your 5-7 year old essential music fundamentals with fun, dynamic music activities. Rookies classes are designed to introduce skills that build teamwork and collaboration with musical games and practices that just feel like fun. In each program, your first- or second-grader will explore their inner rock star, while learning important concepts like pitch, rhythm, and how to play music in a group vs. solo.
At School of Rock , our students can take virtual, one-on-one music instruction from the comfort of their homes. Our Remote Program contains weekly one-on-one instruction conducted by our expert School of Rock instructors in a safe virtual lesson room.
“I always wanted to learn how to play an instrument” is something we hear a lot. Honest question - what’s stopping you? At School of Rock, we believe the best time to start learning is NOW! Join us this Thursday night at 7PM for an open house to learn about our Grad School - a performance group specifically for adult students!
School of Rock's Rock 101 music program is where musicians get their start. This rock program for beginners serves as an introduction for students, helping them grasp music fundamentals and theory before graduating to the Performance Program. Students will learn the basics of technique and music theory, grow to understand the dynamics of playing in a group, and learn life skills like perseverance and dedication. Our rock programs are designed to be so fun and engaging that your child will forget they're even learning.
All School of Rock music programs are designed to inspire students to learn and develop a strong musical proficiency. For toddlers and preschoolers, the Little Wing music program is the very first step in a young musician's journey. Check out a free demo class on Saturday!
Check out the fun we are having in Rookies! Everyone loves drums!
The cornerstone of our curriculum is our Performance Program. Our performance students are assigned songs and parts that are tailored to them based on their age and experience. Students then work through these parts in weekly private music lessons with an instructor and at a weekly rehearsal with other students. The end result? An exciting performance on stage at a real music venue with a real audience!
