Congratulations, Brandon!
Brandon has officially made the All-Stars program for 2020! The AllStars program is incredibly competitive and considered to be the highest level of achievement for a School of Rock student. Less than 1% of students worldwide are chosen each year, and each of the selected participants demonstrates an unparalleled level of excellence in musicianship, performance, and leadership.
Although the tour is canceled this summer, it is an amazing achievement and we're incredibly excited for you!

We lost a legendary guitar player today. He has influenced millions and millions of guitar players all over the world. RIP Eddie Van Halen.
WE LOVE & SUPPORT Crafthouse Stage & Grill!
School of Rock has proudly partnered with Independent Venue Week in the efforts to help save our stages. Independent Venue Week is taking place between October 24 - 30. This
year they are hosting a fundraiser to benefit the NIVA Emergency Relief Fund, a fund dedicated to providing a financial lifeline to the venues and promoters suffering from catastrophic revenue loss. Hosted as an eBay for Charity auction, the Independent Venue Week fundraiser will donate net proceeds directly to the NIVA Emergency Relief Fund through the
Giving Back Fund. These venues play such an important role in our student's musical journeys.
Please join us in celebrating Crafthouse Stage & Grill and help support and save our stages.

School of Rock celebrates Black History Month.
An important component of School of Rock's performance-based education approach is to make our students aware of the countless individuals who have contributed to our favorite music. Rock music’s roots can be found in many genres, but particularly in blues, jazz, and gospel music. These styles originated in predominantly Black communities and were played predominantly by Black artists. School of Rock is proud to recognize and celebrate some of the most influential Black musicians to contemporary music, especially rock, over the last century.
School of Rock has created a handful of musician spotlight articles, each covering 10 different individuals, for a total of 50 artists. Although these spotlights are far from complete, we hope they will serve as a useful resource for musicians and music lovers everywhere.
