As of Monday, May 18th, We will be open!!
Thank you to all our patients who have stood by us with your kind words, and high anticipation of our return to the office!
We ask all patients to call when they arrive and wear a mask to their scheduled appointment!
Dr. Schultz is going above and beyond to ensure a safe environment for her staff and patients including:
1. In car waiting room to minimize contact with other patients
2. Air purifiers in each treatment room as well as the waiting room to clean the air multiple times an hour
3. Professional UV sterilization in the HVac system to clean the air to an even higher degree
4. A more frequent use of high vac suction, with a few new gadgets to keep aerosols to a minimum
5. Plexiglass separation between our front desk and waiting room
6. Our new look! Dr. Schultz, Holly, and Tina will be wearing N95 masks, face shields, hair covers, and gowns. It may look intimidating, but we are still the kind caring people underneath!
7. As always we will disinfect the office to the highest degree.
Today marks a special day in our office history! It has been 5 years of taking care of our wonderful patients!!
Dr. Schultz would like to thank everyone for their understanding, kind words, and support during this time. Even though we are still closed for routine dental care, we are here for you for any emergency! We can't wait to see you all when we can get back to the office for good!! Stay safe and Healthy!
To all of our Patients:
As of Tuesday March 17th, our office will be following the recommendations from the ISDS (Illinois State Dental Society) to close for common dental procedures, but be available for emergencies.
Your health and wellness, as well as our staff's is our top priority. Last night, all Dental offices were made aware of the ISDS recommendation to follow suit with the Governor's restrictions. They recommend the closing of all dental offices, other than for emergencies. Many of our colleagues are following suit to prevent the spread of the virus.
We are currently calling patients to reschedule for after March 30th. This may change in the future, and we will keep our patients notified.
If there is a dental emergency, we will still be around to care for you!
Please take these recommendations to heart. Stay in your home if you are able, slow the progress of COVID19 to allow for proper treatment in the future.
Stay safe and Healthy
With Love,
Dr. Lauren Schultz and Staff
February is National Children’s Dental Health Month!
Dr. Schultz wants all parents to know that as soon as your child grows their first tooth you should be brushing! Her daughter grew hers at 2 weeks old, and she brushes everyday!
A year ago, Dental offices were told to close. We had no idea what would happen or when we could reopen. Dr. Schultz and her staff want to Thank all their wonderful patients for their support and trust over the past year! Things may look different, and you may not be able to see their smiles behind the masks, but you can bet they are there! ☺️
