Money isn’t everything, but everything needs money! Have you thought about your down payment? An ideal down payment in the eyes of a lender is 20% of the home’s purchase price. #MondayMotivation … Many of us have been working from home for nearly a year, and we were not prepared for the transition. I have some tips to keep you motivated and balanced at home 🏠 🧑‍💻 1. Create healthy boundaries for yourself while working at home: there are times that you will need privacy and the other people in your home need to respect that. Create a space where you can work uninterrupted, even if you don’t have a formal home office. Something as simple as a partitioned space around a small table or desk can provide the barrier needed. 2. Invest in your space: This can be a number of things, but something small like a plant, new desk light, or essential oil diffuser can enhance the vibe of your office nicely. Or a new desk or chair could be a bigger ticketed item to purchase so you feel more comfortable and ready to work. 3. Don’t forget to have fun!: When your work is at home it becomes easy to stay in “work mode” all the time.
