What is the definition of Estate Planning? According to the American Bar Association at AmericanBar.org, Estate Planning is defined as: "A process by which an individual designs a strategy and executes a will, trust agreement, or other documents to provide for the administration of his or her assets upon his or her incapacity or death. Did you know today is National Banana Bread Day? Well, now you do! In honor of National Banana Bread Day, here is a really simple (and really yummy) banana bread recipe: Ingredients: --2 large (overly) ripe bananas --1/3 cup olive oil --1/2 cup honey --1/2 cup instant oats --1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour --2 eggs --1/4 cup milk (of choice) --2 tsp baking powder --2 tsp cinnamon --1 tsp vanilla extract --Pinch of salt Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 320°F 2. Using a stand mixer, hand-held mixer, or simply a fork, mix together all ingredients until only slightly lumpy 3. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour 4. Enjoy!
