About Owner Mark Naylor:
Mark Naylor trained with his grandfather in the art of painting and wallpaper hanging at the early age of 15. He went on to work with several painting companies before he started and ran his own successful business "Seagull Painting and Paper Hanging” incorporated in 1995.
