Fiore Associates is a freight forwarder, or forwarding agent, also known as a non-vessel operating common carrier. We are a company that organizes shipments for corporations to move goods from the manufacturer or producer to a market, customer or final point of distribution. As a freight forwarder we contract with carriers to move the goods. Fiore Associates does not move the goods but acts as an expert in the logistics, cost services. We contract with carriers to move cargo ranging from produce to manufactured goods. The move of the freight may require a variety of shipping providers, including ships, airplanes, trucks, and railroads. It is not unusual for a single shipment to move on multiple carrier types.
