Tonight at 9:47 we received an alarm from a customer on Ayburn Street. While dispatching police dept we receive couple of more motion alarm signals. Upon arriving police witness 2 mLe subjects inside the business trying to get out. When owner arrived with keys and police went inside they discovered the burglars cut a hole in the roof to gain access. The 1 thing they didn't know was all doors are keyed on both side of the door and they could get out that way and also they couldn't climb back out the hole in the roof. They are now resting well in the Winnebago Hotel. (Jail).
This morning at 8:17 we received an alarm from a customer on Kilburn ave for business. Rockford Police dispatch found subject barricaded inside. Had a small stand off however shortly after subject was taken into custody. No one was injured.
Well we can spring has finally touch down on us! Now well all start doing cook-outs with neighbors or go to the park then vacations. As we do did any of your contacts for us to call in the event of alarm. Did you forget to contact us an review who is on the call list? Do we have correct numbers for them after they change thier number. Call us to review them to ensure we have correct names and numbers.

Tonight 03/24/21 at 5:40pm we receive a hold up alarm for Shell Gas at Kilburn n School street turns out customer press button because of a shoplifter who was fighting with staff who was also banned earlier this year from the store. Off to the Blue Star Hotel he went.
