We are taking all the necessary steps per the CDC to maintain an essential business and the safety of our community.
1. All technicians are prescreened each morning for any COVID-19 symptoms and signs.
2. Techs must wash their hands before walking up to the customer’s house.
3. We do not shake hands and we maintain social distancing.
4. When available our techs wear protective gear such as gloves (disposed of after use at each job) and mask. All technicians will have shoe covers.
5. Cleanliness of each work area. We wipe down and sanitize all workspaces before and after.
6. Handsfree work approval through our website or via phone. This goes for payment processing as well.
7. We are prepared to take any necessary steps to keep our customers and staff safe.

Please be patient- we have a skeleton crew at the moment because some of our techs have some serious issues of their own, but we will have as many working as possible throughout the weekend. Also you will only reach our answering service Dexcomm. Please understand that it can take more rings to get through than you think is reasonable and the call center is not familiar with the streets & cities here. You will have to give them all of the details for us to be able to help you. We hope everyone is safe with little damage to property.
