After explaining concern over the duct situation at my house she was very reassuring that she could get someone from her office to come and take a look and see if ducts needed cleaning, etc. Very caring and considerate person! And today, Mr.J.Ramirez and E.Flores, came over to my house and checked on the air ducts. And one part of the hall way needs to have a duct replaced. Since I had the ducts cleaned by another individual early fall, the other ducts were not so bad. I did tell Mr. Ramirez I call them back for additional cleaning. From the very beginning, Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Flores were polite and professional. I felt assured I wasn't dealing with some con artists. In this day and age, you can't trust anyone, well not everyone. Anyways, thanks for your caring and professional people. Will highly recommend your company. Thanks, M.Baca
