Set Performance is designed to develop athletic performance by improving speed, power, and agility. We offer individual sports performance training, personal training, group athletic performance classes, and running performance training classes that focus on lateral movements and injury prevention. Our lead trainer Jerrian Sanders has worked with professional and aspiring athletes all over the world to build strength, speed, and endurance for sports such as basketball, football, soccer, and lacrosse.
