Nothing is more important than our health, as we have all come to realize. In that regard, we will set forth some new rules and there will be some forms + questionnaires for you to fill out for us prior to your arrival. We hope you understand that this may very well be our new normal for quite some time, but we will make it as seamless as possible for you as we can.
1. All patients must wear a mask or face covering prior to entering our facility.
2. We will be initiating a 1 patient only at a time policy. This means that you may no longer bring in friend, family member or pet. An exception may be made for a spouse during a surgery consultation. If they are your ride, we ask that they remain in the car for the duration of your visit.
We will also ask that you remain in your car until we phone you to let you know that we have thoroughly disinfected all patient areas from the previous patient or at the start of the day and that we are ready to see your beautiful face. Or at least, half of it, of course!
3. Once you enter the lobby, please sanitize your hands with the supplied hand sanitizer before you enter the room. Be sure not to touch any doorknobs or close the doors behind you. We will have them open and close them according to protocol. If you are having an actual procedure, your practitioner will instruct you on when to remove your mask,
4. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. You and your practitioner will follow protocols of hand washing once in the treatment room. Your practitioner and the rest of the staff will be masked for the duration of your visit.
5. We will have all patients swipe their credit cards using a touch less system and receipts will be sent via email. We will no longer that you sign your credit card slips.
6. Surgery patients will need to have a test for Covid-19. More info will be given to all surgery patients, during their preoperative appointments, which will be done by video conferencing. The consultations will still require an in-office visit with Dr. Kim
We look forward to seeing all of you and want to reassure you of all the new steps and safety procedures we will be strictly adhering to keep you safe and give you the peace of mind during these uncertain times. Thank you for your continued support and we can’t wait for your next visit with us.
If you need a reminder to put on sunscreen - here it is.
I’ve been spending a lot of my time enjoying the weather, going on walks, and tending to my garden. Even if it’s a little overcast, make sure you wear sunscreen!
Have you picked up any new hobbies during the shelter in place?

What should you expect after your lips are injected?
This picture was taken immediately after her treatment. Her lips are a little swollen and puffy, which is completely normal. The shape and volume give her a beautiful and natural look.
It’s common to have swelling and bruises arise over the next couple of days. Most people tend to settle around 3 days, but deep tissue swelling can last up to 3 weeks (but this usually isn’t visible to the untrained eye.)
Trust the process, let the fillers settle, and flaunt those natural shaped lips!
