About

I have been fishing the offshore waters of Crystal River and Homosassa for the past 20 years and have been a professional fishing guide for the last 7 years. I have won and/or placed in many of the local and Big Bend fishing tournaments including the local Cobia Big Fish tournament, Citrus County Builders Association (CCBA), Mel Tillis (fishing with Mel), and the Doug Johnson Reeling for Kids tournament to name a few. As a full time captain, I specialize in offshore and overnight fishing charters that include the catching of many varieties of fish the Gulf of Mexico has to offer (Groupers, Snappers, Cobia, Kingfish, Amberjacks, Tuna, Dauphin, and Sailfish).

Grouper bite is ON!!! Awesome day with Jason "The Googan" and his crew. The Holidays are here and the Season is ending soon (Dec. 31). Give me a call if you're looking for a great time on the water with friends/family and memories.
It's been a long off-season but now the time has come. Kingfish and Cobia are here. I'm running trips for $800 (up to 6people) until May 31st. Lots of fun and plenty of fish.
Beautiful day on Monday. Took the guys out to practice for their future tuna trip to Pacific Costa Rica. 63 and 58 pound Amberjacks. Gonna put them on the Real Big Donkeys next time.
This is a late post. I literally left my boat to board another at the end of 2017 to go to Roatan. I would like to thank everyone who fished with us last year aboard the Lady C "Mamba" and especially those who booked us the last 16 days of December. We fished everyday except Christmas and caught our limit everyday with some bonus Cobia and Kingfish. Here are all the pics. I look forward to fishing with you all again this year. FYI - I am already booked the first two weeks of June for Snapper/Grouper. Give me a call the season doesn't last long.
Last weekend we had the last of the warm weather and a Super Moon. The fishing was great and for many of these guys it was their first time offshore and they got some battles. Some won, some lost. LOL But everyone had a great time. I do have openings for split charters and a couple days open. This coming weekend looks to be nice.
