Absolutely BEST company EVER! This is the 2nd time we have called due to different issues. Today’s call was no heat and in a blink of an eye they were here with a new motor. Seriously folks I love bragging about good companies..and this one is top notch! ❤️❤️. Now I can crawl into bed and let this vaccine do it’s magic.

On Sunday night, our furnace went out. We almost made it through the polar vortex, but on Monday morning the boys woke up a little blue. Around 6:00 am, I called Shackelford Heating & Cooling and they had a technician at the house in about 15 minutes. It was a very cold day, but they had the heat back on by 2:00 pm.
I can't recommend the company enough. The tech, Jim, was courteous, forthright, and he was also good with the dog and the loud, cold kids. Highly recommend them to the neighborhood.
