Good nutrition can improve digestion, energy, mood, sleep and reduce stress. My goal is to help you feel better. We go beyond your symptoms and look at the underlying causes of your health complaints. Together we will come up with a health and wellness plan to meet your individual needs and goals to find peace with your health.

I work with all kinds of health concerns including digestive issues Crohn's, Celiac, Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Cancer, Alcoholism/addiction nutrition, Vegan or Vegetarian diet, General nutrition questions, Personalized wellness plans.

I've been there. Sick, miserable, and bloated. I was healed with nutrition and lifestyle changes. My personal experience combines with 7 years of working as a registered dietitian in cancer centers, rehabs, and hospitals to give you a well-rounded realistic experience that works for you.
