How many bedrooms are you looking for (studio apartment, loft apartment, one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment, etc ..?
Would you like to stay in the vicinity of the subway or do you not mind being a bit further away?
Would you like to be in a doorman-building or would a walk-up suffice? What is the price range?
If you are looking to sell,
I would ask where your property is located (downtown NYC, uptown NYC, midtown NYC, uppereastside NYC, upperwestside NYC, etc ..?
How many bedrooms does yor property have (studio apartment, loft apartment, one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment, etc ..?
Is it within a doorman-building (full-service) or is it a walk-up? What is the price range you are willing to sell it at?
