Once upon a time! We drove to North Carolina to see my uncle Bill and to put on a new roof while we were there. I’m also thankful that my guys are willing to travel all around and sometimes even crossing an ocean to get a job done.

It’s that time of year when squirrels and raccoons will try to find a warm place to go. Your house may be very inviting to these critters. Today we are cleaning up the mess and getting ready to fix a house where a family of raccoons collapsed a ceiling in this living room. After inspecting. 3 more rooms have sagging Sheetrock from these animals.

I was contacted by a long time customer today asking to close in this porch. This porch is a special one for me. This was my first addition that I built 12 years ago right after I became a Licensed Contractor. Mr. and Mrs. Fowler and I go back almost 15 years. It was great to see them and see that they are doing well and I’m thankful that they reached back out to me for this project.

It blows me away that people will put a flat piece of metal across the top of the chimney. Put 50 nails through it on it, and not expect it to leak.
A solid cap made correctly to go over this chimney would have saved this homeowner thousands in repair cost to rebuild this chimney
Keaton working on a chimney in Toney. Carpenters have torn this chimney apart and they are rebuilding it. Had multiple leaks in it.
Remember this tree. Keaton and Chandler removed the tree on Monday, rebuilt the overhang, repaired the roof and the decking and fixed all of the vinyl. Turned out great.
This 20 year old Aluminum insulated roof is leaking every time it rains. Multiple attempts have been done to try to stop it and they have been unsuccessful. Elastomeric coatings, new flashing around the perimeter, Adding a layer of mod bit around the perimeter. All of these have been tried and all of them failed. It still leaks. Today we are installing a new TPO roof to stop the leaks for good. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s will work, 100% guaranteed

Friday afternoon we got a call from Rainsville needing help where a piece of equipment took out the support post for this fertilizer building. We sent a couple guys to get the roof lifted back up and stabilized by the end of the day. Yesterday they were able to replace the beams and wall permenantly.
