Our drivers work hard delivering to our customers even in inclement weather to keep your families warm. We wanted to remind our customers to please be sure our drivers have a path cleared to your propane tank if at all possible and for driveways to be cleared for the drivers to be able to safely drive on. If you have an underground tank, please mark your underground tank with a flag or yard stakes so our driver can find it even if it is buried under the snow.
Due to this being our busy season, our technicians and drivers are out working hard keeping families warm so we do not always have someone working on our dock at the office in Maugansville to fill small tanks such as grill tanks and forklift tanks. You are always welcome to bring the tank to us and we will call you once it is ready for pick up! We are sorry for any inconvenience to customers that need immediate service. If you are unable to drop your tank off, then you are welcome to call and ask if someone is here to fill it before bringing it in. You can call us at 301-797-4887!
