Lacy Bay and Emilie Brooks met and worked with each other starting in 2007. As their friendship grew, so did the idea of one day owning their own salon. They put their thoughts on paper, worked on details, and through their determination to make their idea a reality, Shear Vintage Salon was created. Lacy and Emilie hand-picked two other amazing stylists, Shelley Rodriguez and Ashley McKee, whom they knew and both women did not hesitate to commit to being part of an upbeat cutting edge salon.
