As a crew leader you are the face of the organization speaking to customers. You ensure quality on every job, so you must care about attention to detail, drive work vehicles safely, and communicate with the manager AND manage your technicians. It's not a tough task after you graduate from our training program!
Must have a friendly attitude, sharp appearance, lots of room for growth and development! If you want to own your own small business one day, come learn with us! Must be able to lead and be led!
