First and Foremost, I LOVE what I do! Real Estate Marketing and Selling is a profession that I have been active in for over 30 years. Every transaction is unique and exciting because every person involved has different wants, needs, and personalities……….and all those who I have had the opportunity to serve over the years, have become like “family” to me whether they are first time home buyers, investors, or those moving into larger and smaller spaces. Our relationship does not end with the closing or settlement….it only begins!
I am a locally born and raised Lancaster County , Pennsylvania Native who had the privilege of growing up in East Petersburg Pa. and working by first “Job” as a clerk at S. Clyde Weaver’s Smoked Meat and Cheese. S. Clyde Weaver was my grandfather who started the business and later my Father Hiram Royer and my uncle took over the ownership. I attended Hempfield High School, Elizabethtown College, Manchester College (Indiana), and finally graduated from Ohio State University with a teaching degree in Comprehensive Social Studies. My husband and I have four children who have blessed us with eleven grandchildren.
And when I am trying to achieve “balance” in my life, I plan some time away in Cabo Mexico , next door in Ocean City, Maryland by the sea, and the little hunting cabin in the mountains of Potter County! I have been active in my community as an elected School Board Member, work in the Polls in my precinct, play the viola in our Calvary Church Orchestra, love Bible Study, gardening, knitting, and bluebirds!
I love life and most all that it brings. But the most satisfying achievement of all is finding that perfect home or location and helping to fulfill the dreams of my Buyers and Sellers.
