With over 20 years of hands-on experience, the Shivers brothers are the most trusted choice in affordable, quality construction. Stephen Jr. and Bailey Shivers were literally born into the business. The boys, sons of prominent builders and developers Stephen Sr. and Lissa Shivers, spent their summers working with their father’s subcontractors learning the ins and outs of building homes.
After attending Ole Miss, the brothers took on key roles in the Shivers family businesses. Both of the brothers possess the necessary skills and knowledge needed to do the best job possible. Stephen Jr.’s eye for all of the unique details that make up a one of a kind home and Bailey’s passion for innovative design and development, combine to deliver outstanding quality and professional integrity. Bailey, his wife Chrysti, and their three boys have lived in the heart of the community where Bailey has constructed homes for over a decade. After working to rebuild the Mississippi Gulf Coast following Katrina and the BP oil spill, Stephen Jr. and his wife Laurie, along with their three children, joined the rest of the family in Lafayette in 2011. Understanding that the heart of Cajun Country would also serve as the heart of Shivers Homes, they move forward as the next generation of quality home construction and the continuation of a family legacy.
Together, they are the owners of Shivers Brothers Construction, LLC, Shivers Brothers of Louisiana, LLC and Shivers Properties of MS, LLC, proudly serving the people of Acadiana, Shreveport, LA, the Gulf Coast of MS and new areas that will be announced soon.
