Hello everybody!
I'm originally from Texas and it is heartbreaking watching the current devastation and families with nowhere to go.
Here's my idea: We have so many beautiful condo's, townhouses, and homes in OC that sit EMPTY for 8 months out of the year in our great little town, lets use them!! Owners would receive winter rental income (FEMA paid) and families can have a great place to land and regroup if only for 6 months as they rebuild and return to Texas. If you are interested please share the post and I am collecting names and properties to offer to Fema for emergency housing solutions. With a 99.00 flight to BWI and a home to land it is a great way to help our Texas neighbors.
So let's help out other Americans and also bring more life to this town in the winter!
