As I walked through the kitchen as I do hundreds of times a day I was stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the cooks put up these 2 dishes for a couple of our guest. One is a variation on our Grilled Super Seafood Salad (the request was to have the seafood fried) & our very popular Shrimp & Grits!
