The 35th annual Natchez Balloon Festival was a major success even with several changes brought about by Covid-19. Silas Simmons is proud to be a major player with Partner Scott Adams as executive director of the festival, CPA Heather Carter as secretary, and CPA Moses Ard as treasurer. These three committee members put in countless volunteer hours to ensure the festival's success. In fact, they are already preparing for next year.
