These ladies are amazing caregivers and are always engaging with our residents not to mention the incredible team work as they provide support to our engagement team every single day and it shows! Francis has been with us for 2 years and in her gentle ways has touched the lives of all of our residents. We would like to warmly congratulate our amazing caregiver Kenneth Bajao who recently passed his LVN board exam! He has been with Silverado since 2017 & since day one has been a gentle, calm & highly devoted caregiver to our residents. Kenneth genuinely brings a positive attitude to everything he does. We are beyond grateful and honored that Kenneth will remain in the Silverado family and will soon transition to the role of charge nurse. We are so proud to see Kenneth’s growth and excited to see him achieve future career goals which include him becoming an RN!
