The Golden Knights made a tandem skydive with Vincent Speranza, 95-year-old WW II veteran and paratrooper, this week in sunny Perris, California. Sgt. 1st Class Rich Sloan, tandem instructor for the jump, said it best:
"Words can never describe my gratitude for soldiers and the sacrifices that they and their families endure. Today, we had the honor to share the skies with WW2 Paratrooper Vincent J. Speranza. He is an amazing man with an amazing life. To Vincent: thank you, sir, for the jump of a lifetime!"

COA Needs Volunteers! Check out these new opportunities to make a difference to seniors and caregivers:
Delivering Meals and Smiles! Our Meals on Wheels program is looking to a return to 5-day-a-week deliveries. If you have a vehicle and a free morning to deliver meals, we have routes available all over St. Johns County. Most routes take about 3 hours to complete. The greatest need is Tuesdays and Thursdays, but we have some open routes on Mondays as well.
Virtual Volunteer Opportunity - Can you make Zoom, zoom? The Virtual Sunshine Center needs a behind the scenes assistant host. The perfect person for this role is someone who is adept at Zoom or comfortable enough to learn. You'll need your own computer with internet connection at your home to pull up screen shares and help locate attachments for the host. There are shifts available Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 10:30am - noon.
