🌟 Dinner Under the Stars 🌟
Due to Covid-19, our annual community fundraiser, Dinner on the Bricks, has been cancelled.
You can still celebrate with us this year by helping us throw a sensational dinner party- right here in our pavilion- for our 35 resident teens on October 24th.

First ever Live Virtual Banquet for October 16th.
Like previous years we will still have single ticket purchase to various sponsorship levels.
These sponsorship packages are what we like to call “Party In A Box” packages will include the ticket for your pick-up dinners, LWL signature cups as well as the wine / beer / spirits for the designated sponsorship level you selected. The difference this year is that you will bring your “Party In A Box” home or to a friends house and from there you will be able to participate in the auction. We are hoping that some sponsors will be as excited as we are about this event and will want to host a party and go live from their house.
Silent Auction Pro is the platform we will use for all of our silent and live auction items if you would like to go ahead and create an account. We are advertising via Facebook as well as Silent Auction Pro for the various sponsorship levels and as always you can contact our office. Two gracious sponsors S&L a local technology company and Weeks Auction Group have provided a live auctioneer and links for the live portion of the auction beginning at 6pm and we could not be more thankful.
Think of this event like the Jerry Lewis telethon, we will be going live to some of our host homes throughout the night as well as prerecorded vignettes. If you would like to be a host party home please let us know and we can arrange it.
Our Schedule is as follows:
6-7 watch scroll of auction items and talk to technology guru
7-8 Cake Dash Auction if you would like a dessert to go along with your dinner we will deliver it to your house if won
Visiting host home parties / vignettes
8-9 live auction
You do not have to purchase a dinner ticket to participate in the silent / live auction but one does have to register through Silent Auction Pro to participate in the auction.

2 Day Governmental Auditing Training has changed with the COVID Pandemic. It’s only offered virtual on Teams this year. Great course put on by the GA Department of Audits.
