We are a team of functional registered dietitian nutritionists that help you with every step of your health. Our goal is to individualize your plan based on your labs, genetics, lifestyle goals and condition. Together we will discover your INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PLAN based on your labs, genetics, food sensitivities, current conditions, medical history, relationship with food, your goals and lifestyle. We work in partnership with you and the health professionals you are currently working with to create a cohesive health experience.

From our dietitian Caitlin: Mmmm! I look forward to the end of every summer (even though I have to say goodbye to the sunshine) because that is when the plum tree in my yard finally offers up it’s plump, juicy Italian plums. At that point, I start thinking about what delectable treats I can prepare. . . The first thing I made was 3 plum upside down cakes. I wanted to gift two of them to my closest neighbors, whose homes share the same lot. The tree is in my yard, but I wanted them to be able to enjoy the plums too. . . What was so special about gifting the plum cakes was that my neighbor, who has a beautiful garden, in turn gave me some of his harvest…gorgeous tomatoes, new potatoes and even a tiny perfect corn on the cobb! Our dietitian Caitlin wanted to share this beautiful amaryllis as a reminder of patience, determination and hope as we move into the new year. . . She planted and watered this bulb in October. After 2 months, it hadn’t grown and she began to lose hope. Then overnight, this absolutely gorgeous bloom appeared! Within just days, 3 more flowers had bloomed as well. The amaryllis is associated with determination, beauty, love, success and strength. It’s #soupforthesoul 🍲 Sunday in our house AND...Today is my sons 10th birthday! This soup is his very favorite thing to eat and just had to share with everyone today to honor my boy. I make this about once a week because he loves eating this and I love that he loves it 🙌🏼✨❤️ Sautéed onion, carrots, celery, Dino kale, shiitake mushrooms, add leftover cooked chicken breast and ALOT of ginger! Then add in our delicious #bonebroth broth (which we make for our clients) and Redmond real salt. You can skip the chicken and add an egg or sprouted firm tofu if you prefer. This is for all the ApoE4’s out there. If your curious what this is, Apolipoprotein E is a protein involved in the metabolism of fats in the body. A subtype 4, is implicated in Alzheimer's disease and cardiovascular disease. You can find out if you have this gene through genetic testing. The great thing is that food and nutrition influence the experience of this gene by as much as 80%! Insulin sensitivity is the opposite of insulin resistance. How can you tell if you're insulin resistant and need to improve your insulin resistance? One way is to calculate your HOMA-IR. Take your fasting glucose number multiply it by your fasting insulin number and divide that result by 405. If the result is over 1.1, you have work to do!

It’s a shift from chaos to calmness.
